If you are unable to provide artwork of a suitable quality we may have to re-draw your logo / design from a visual to make it suitable for printing. Depending on the complexity of your design this could incur an additional charge.
If you are unable to provide Pantone references we will print from the visual we have on screen. In these circumstances we cannot guarantee an absolute colour match.
